Appointment Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
At The Whole You Wellness Center we have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no-shows and/or canceled within 24 hours before the visit, will have 50% of the total cost of the visit fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.
If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at The Whole You Wellness Center.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow The Whole You Wellness Center’s team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. By purchasing any service, package, or product, you agree to the following terms:
Services & Packages
All services, treatment plans, and packages are non-refundable, including prepaid programs and memberships. Payment secures your treatment plan, medical oversight, administrative costs, and reserved service time.
No refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, or missed services.
If a patient chooses not to continue treatment for any reason, remaining services are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
Medical & Aesthetic Disclaimer
Results from medical and aesthetic treatments vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes and are the financial responsibility of the patient.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to follow the treatment plan may result in forfeiture of that session and do not qualify for refunds.
Retail Products
All retail sales are final.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refunds will be issued for opened or used products unless deemed defective.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate purchases are final sale and non-refundable. They may not be redeemed for cash.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
A provider determines that a patient is medically ineligible for treatment prior to services being rendered
If approved, any refund will be prorated based on services already rendered and administrative/medical fees.
Children Policy
Here at The Whole You Wellness Center, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
Pet Policy
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to The Whole You Wellness Center.
Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
